Are You Part of the Inauguration History?

Published by icybc at 7:26 am under Opinion, Others Edit This

The press has been covering this historic inauguration of President Elect Obama these last few days.  The excitement and participating are high!  I am amazed with the number of people who gather around the National Mall.

Though the weather is freezing, people are still coming out to celebrate this special day in the US history.  My son’s school even showed the syndicated event so the children can watch.

This marks the beginning of a new reign, new administration, new hopes, and new challenges.  When you look at the President, do see the color of his skin or do you see a great man who has the potential and abilities to guide us through this terrible time?

The world is changing!  The color of skin is no longer a big obstacle.  I hope we are heading toward a great future, peace, and prosperity!   God bless the new President!

I don’t see the color of his skin. In fact I never see color in anyone. What I see in our President is a man who cares. He truly cares about people and for that fact alone this country and our world will change for the better.
