  • Low in artery-clogging fat
  • Rich in iron, zinc, and some calcium
  • Soy protein may moderately lower cholesterol

Side Effects of Soy

  • Increase the risk of breast cancer for those who are at risk

I didn’t know that soy could increase your chance of breast cancer. That is something that runs in my family.

I didn’t know that soy could increase your chance of getting breast cancer either. Thank you so much for sharing this. I don’t eat soy, but it is still good to know.

Wow I had no idea that the increase of soy can lead to breast cancer. I’m a vegetarian so I get most of my protein from soy… this is kinda scary.

I didn’t know about the side effects of soy. I use soy milk daily with my cereal. Not only are there health benefits but I love the taste.
